We are so excited that you are interested in our services here at TP Restore, LLC, where you can rest assured that your property will be truly restored. TP Restore, LLC was founded by Patricia Reid and Twanshella Leathers in the Metro Atlanta area in 2020.
Even amidst a world-wide pandemic, the two saw a prominent need for property preservation in their local communities and wanted to become a part of the solution.

Patricia is a current resident of Jonesboro Georgia. She attended Griffin High School and continued her education at Southern Crescent Technical college located in Griffin GA. In 2018, Patricia started investing in real estate.
Patricia believes real estate has the potential to create generation wealth from several different methods while improving the community at the same time.

Twanshella is a native and current resident of Atlanta, Georgia. She received her BA Degree from HBCU, Savannah State University in 2010. In 2011, Twanshella began working closely with banks and asset management companies to help save the homes of neighbors that were facing foreclosure and/or eviction.
With almost 10 years of experience in the housing and foreclosure market, Twanshella believes that a community is as good as it's worst house; and even a house in the worst condition can be restored.
